The state of the art atmospheric cold store in Chennai is a milestone in the management of preserving perishable products. It is a boon to importers, exporters and dealers in perishable products like, fruits, vegetables, dairy products, packed foods, medicines etc.

The preservation of these products is possible by determining and maintaining the right temperature and humidity in the storage. Dazzle Cold Chain achieves this by using the latest technology and expertise from the international leaders in the field

Our temperature controlled cold storage facility helps in prolonging the life of food products their reducing food wastage in large scale.

Mission 02.

India is the 2nd largest producer or fruits and vegetables in the world.
And India’s horticulture production is about 295 million metric tons per year.
But the total cold storage facilities in India are comparatively small.

India has a total of 6400 cold storage facilities with a capacity of 31.8 million metric tons.

Due to lack of cold storage facilities, 1/3 rd of India’s horticulture produce and 18% of India’s fruit and vegetable production is wasted every year.

Our mission is to contribute significantly towards increasing the cold storage capacity in India, mainly focusing the reduction of food wastage.

And there is more wastage of fruits and vegetables in southern and western India due to tropical and humid climate.

In order to reduce the wastage of fruits, vegetables and horticulture produce, the current member of cold storage facilities in India has to be doubled.

India’s investments in cold chain are projected to be around 15 billion over the next 5 years.

We are looking forward to expand our cold storage facilities  in south India as well.
